She is also featured in the “Business Standard” mag as one of the top-10-inspiring women entrepreneurs 2023. She is responsible to steer and iterate  strategic direction of  the enterprise, govern business expansion through purposeful agility, assess investments in new verticals, all while shepherding  Bay Nautica Shipping  through the process.

Capt. Pradeep is a highly experienced Unlimited Master Mariner (UK) with over 20 years in the maritime industry, including 15+ years specializing in Offshore Oil & Gas. He has demonstrated strong leadership in managing marine offshore departments, overseeing complex operations and commanding various units. As an OCIMF-approved OVID inspector, and IMCA eCMID AVI, and DNV Internal Auditor for MLC, ISPS, and ISM, he adds further credibility for his focus on maritime safety and regulatory compliance for vessels operating in critical offshore environments.

Previously, as Head of Offshore at CHM Global in Qatar, he single-handedly grew the offshore division today vying for a global space. He was in charge of the strategic development, operational expansion and key project management for the offshore oil and gas operations .

Currently, Capt. Pradeep leads Bay Nautica Shipping LLC in Qatar. As an illustrious leader in offshore oil & gas, under his leadership Bay Nautica is recognised for its professionalism, expertise and commitment to the highest standards.

Capt. Sami has a demonstrated history in the Maritime Industry and Fleet Management. Skilled in petroleum, gas, operations management, freight and dynamic positioning, his is a name to reckon with. Having served as the Marine Superintendent , for more than two decades, with the much coveted CCC Underwater Engineering UAE, he displays exceptional leadership, managing the state-of-art subsea vessels.

With a B.Tech (Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering) from IIT Chennai and an MSc (Naval Architecture) from UK, Sujith has over 20 years of experience in Consultancy, Design and Project Management. Sujith has previously worked with two leading global marine consultancies as a Marine Warranty Surveyor in the Middle East, West Africa and Far East regions, during which he was involved in several high-profile marine casualties. His expertise our of many include MWS desk review / site approval work in the area of rigs, jackets, deck load outs, sea fastening arrangements, pipe laying, installation operations, and other offshore activities.

Capt. Nikhil is an experienced Master Mariner on specialized Dry Cargo Vessels as well as upstream Oil & Gas vessels. He has served in command as Master on various DP2 Dive Support Vessels working on multiple ADNOC projects and as the Rig Move Master on Saudi Aramco contracted units, just to name a few. He currently specialises in Oil & Gas upstream projects, Breakbulk and Project Cargoes out of the Middle East Region.
